Provides technical assistance under the direction of the registered nurse for a defined group of patients to achieve quality patient outcomes. Provides service functions and communication to staff, patients, and guests. Performs other duties as assigned.
To provide a clean and safe environment for students, staff, and guests. Responsible for the cleaning, disinfecting, and maintaining of the College buildings and for identifying and reporting necessary repairs of equipment and buildings. Responsible for daily maintenance and cleaning of the facility 8 hours a day, 5 days a week under the general supervision of the Manager of Environmental Services. Incumbents are subject to hours beyond the normal workday.

Assists surgical team during operation/procedure by arranging, inventoring and maintaining sterile set up for operation, and passes items as needed. Assists in preparation of surgical suite, moving patients, and in cleaning. Provides aid in exposure, homeostasis, and other technical functions that will help the surgeon carry out safe operation with optimal results for the patient. Performs other duties as assigned.
The Health Screener serves as the first point of contact for patients, visitors, vendors, delivery personnel,
staff, etc. at facility entrances. Provides a warm greeting and ensures those entering the building have a
temperature reading within established guidelines and have not had recent exposure to illness, in order
to help ensure the health and safety of those present in the facility.
• Ensures a warm friendly welcome to all individuals entering the facility (e.g., patients, visitors,
vendors, delivery personnel, staff, etc.)
• Takes temperatures to ensure temp readings for those entering the facility are within standard range
• Utilizes screening questions to ensure individuals entering the facility have not had a recent exposure
• Wears provided Protective Personal Equipment (PPE) while distributing PPE to those entering the

or have had a recent exposure to illness
• Monitors the flow of people entering the building to ensure appropriate distancing between

Generates enrollment or affiliation applications to submit per established protocols. Reviews for accuracy all enrollment applications and re-credentialing documents prior to submission. Follows established workflows to ensure that proper enrollments are submitted and that timely follow up is performed. This includes prompt response to follow up requests from payers or facilities. Assists in continuous reevaluation of workflows to ensure efficient processes are being followed. Supports the Manager and Director in the efforts to confirm the credentials and primary data source verifications of physicians and mid-level providers joining Baptist Medical Group. Communicates directly with providers, payers, clinic personnel, Operation Directors and Managers and Executive Directors as needed. Generates reports. Performs data entry. Performs primary data source verification. Performs CAQH attestation. Each function requires the highest level of accuracy and confidentiality. Performs other duties as assigned.

Provides aid in exposure, homeostasis, and other technical functions that will help the surgeon carry out safe operation with optimal results for the patient within AST standards. Performs other duties as assigned.
Handles telephone communication with patients, insurance companies and other BMG clinic or BMG Foundation personnel.Bills, collects and submits all insurance and TPA claims according to payer guidelines, and established procedures and workflowsReviews and/or processes all credit balances from supplied reports.Works all insurance denials, via paper and/or electronic in work queues.Monitors and processes all assigned electronic and/or paper claim status. i.g. claim edit and no response work queues.Completes assigned goals
