Function as the primary administrative contact between other departments and the Clinical Engineering Department. Develop, direct, organize and manage all operations and distribution resources up to an including staffing, budgets and outside vendors as it relates to clinical engineering equipment support services program. Review, audit and participate in decision support activities related to problem diagnosis, repair, preventative maintenance and quality assurance of patient care and other equipment. Participate in the development of annual goals and activities related to supporting the growth and development of services in response to the equipment support needs of BMH-Memphis.
Licensure, Registration, Certification
Associates degree in computer, biomedical or clinical engineering
5 years of Healthcare Leadership
Bachelor’s degree in computer, biomedical or clinical engineering
Certified Biomedical Electronics Technician Certificate (CBET)
