Ensures that all contractual agreements for the BMHCC system are of the highest quality of products and services at the lowest possible total cost. With working knowledge of legal, financial, technical, and operational factors of evaluating alternative methods, reviews, analyzes, and negotiates contractual agreements. Initiates and reviews MD Buyline reports and other associated industry market data. Evaluates total costs; Prepares and administers financial analyses necessary to arrive at total financial impact of vendor proposals. Prepares, maintains, and monitors RFPs as appropriate to ensure compliance with corporate systems policy and procedure; Conducts financial analysis of RFP responses. Communicates new products, item additions, and shifts in product demand to Corporate Contracts Management. Coordinates vendor and product selection with cross-functional teams.

|Five (5) years experience negotiating large, complex, contractual agreements. Advanced knowledge of word processing, spreadsheet, and database software. Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently.|
|Bachelors Degree or equivalent experience preferably in a discipline comprised of logistics, accounting, and/or finance.||CPIM or APICS certification.|
