Coordinates and manages all office staff activities necessary to ensure an efficient and orderly flow of data necessary to provide support for all of Facility Operations. Performs all other duties as assigned.
Education: Associate's Degree or equivalent Secretarial Science Courses Required. Completion Office Management Courses Required. *** Experience: 5 Years General-Clerical Required, and 2 Years General-Management Required, or equivalent work experience Required. *** Skills: Audiovisual acuity, management skills, and good guest relations skills essential. Must have knowledge of office equipment/supplies. Able to operate various office equipment. Must type 60 WPM. Basic computer skills to include: Word, Excel, and Microsoft Access.
