Coordinates accounting, incuding purchasing for the department. Provides administrative assistance and general office duties in a responsible and confidential nature for the facility Controller and/or CEO. Serves as a customer service represtative communicating with various vendors. Coordinatores genrel office duties with in other Coordinator and Administrative Secretary. Performs other duties as assigned.
Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent Required. 2 years of college Preferred or Associate's Degree Preferred. *** Experience: 3-5 years administrative accounting experience required. 1 year of hospital based accounting experience preferred *** License/Certification/Registries (valid for the State of MS): None required. *** Skills: Type 35 - 40 wpm and operate copier, telephone, fax machine, and scanner. Must have interpersonal skills sufficient to effectively and cordially interact with staff, patients, medical staff, families and visitors. Knowledge of medical terminology preferred.
