Provides leadership in the development of physician relations and outreach activities to align with strategic organizational goals to expand physician referral sources, strengthen physician relationships, increase market share/physician referral base, and promotion of educational initiatives to expand community awareness for Baptist Medical Group (BMG) in designated geographic markets. Works under the direction of the Executive Director, Baptist Memorial Medical Group (BMG).
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing or related field or equivalent experience. Clinical and/or health care experience preferred.
Demonstrated organizational and project management skills required. Excellent interpersonal skills (written and verbal) with ability to design and/or present educational offerings promoting healthcare services and/or foster collaborative business relationships. Public speaking and presentation capability.
Proven success in balancing multiple projects, meeting deadlines and cultivating interpersonal relationships.
