Provides transitional leadership and project oversight in the deployment of business development opportunities to drive organizational growth through mergers/acquisitions/purchased services. Develops/implements a comprehensive master project plan which acts as a road map throughout all phases of the due diligence process. Works with multi-functional integration teams and ensures critical milestones are met throughout the transition process. Project leadership accountabilities include identification of efficiencies, synergies, or other costs associated with transaction, system integration, resource utilization and budgetary oversight throughout the pre/post close merger/acquisition process. In addition, this position will serve as project lead for other senior leader designated transformational and operational projects. Reports to Vice President, Regional Operations and Hospitals and Affiliate Integration.
