  • Overview and Responsibilities

    Responsible for coordinating invoices, check requests and other information needed between the local facility and centralized accounts payable department.  Receive and assist customers (internal and external) in a courteous, friendly and professional manner. Performs all clerical duties related to the efficient functioning of the department, including, but not limited to, maintaining accurate files, assisting with documentation, preparing reports and answering the telephone. Performs all other duties as assigned.

    Qualifications

    Education: High School diploma required *** Experience: 2 years general clerical required.

    Skills: Microsoft Office Suite applications, copier, fax machine and other equipment pertinent to the position.  High speed typing (55+). CRT and calculator proficiency.
