Overview and Responsibilities
Triages 18 incoming lines through the PBX for multiple BMH facilities. Responsible for all code calls, disaster calls and intercom paging hospital wide. Performs other duties as assigned.
Experience Description: None *** Experience Minimum Required: 1 year in customer service area that require data entry, telecommunications, application and customer interaction 1 year in Teleservices area. 1 year Multi-line/PBX environment *** Experience Preferred/Desired: 3 years in customer service area that require data entry, telecommunications, application and customer interaction 3 years in Teleservices area. 3 years Multi-line/PBX environment *** Education Description: None *** Education Minimum Required: Skill in communicating clearly and effectively using standard English in written, oral and verbal format to achieve high productivity and efficiency. Skill to write legibly and record information accurately as necessary to perform job duties. *** Education Desired/Preferred: None *** Training Description: None *** Training Minimum Required: None *** Training Desired/Preferred: None *** Special Skills Description: None *** Special Skills Minimum Required: Basic computer skills. Experience with office equipment, telephone systems and multiple computer applications.
