Assists licensed personnel in providing accurate data acquisition, collection, and entry, under the direction and supervision of the Director or designee. Abstract data from multiple clinical information systems and accurately enter data into the eCareManager (eCM) application while fostering and having direct involvement with departmental goals and initiatives. Provides clerical, administrative and general office support for efficient department operations. Performs other duties as assigned.
Minimum Experience Required: 2 year secretarial and/or office experience
Experience Preferred/Desired: Knowledge of medical terminology where appropriate
Minimum Education Required: High School Diploma or equivalent
Education Preferred/Desired: Associates degree in business related curriculum or its equivalent
Special Skills:Must possess excellent organizational and communication skills both written and verbal). Must also possess computer proficiency working with different office applications. 40 WPM typing speed.
