Overview and Responsibilities

The Onboarding Specialist is accountable for leading the design, implementation, and delivery of classroom, online, and blended learning modules associated with the on-boarding of new employees and managers throughout the organization.








  • Required Education: BA or BS  Organization Development, Business Administration, Psychology or other related degree.
  • Required Experience:  Two (2)  years of professional level experience in Organization Development , Human Resources, or consultation role working with senior leaders utilizing the skills and knowledge described above to improve organizational outcomes
  • Demonstrated ability of establishing rapport and maintaining effective relationships with new and existing stakeholders. Skill in interacting with multiple levels of external contacts, including physicians and industry colleagues.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of adult learning styles, participative training design, group dynamics, interactive learning methods, systems theory, quality improvement processes, principles of customer service, advanced consulting methods, leadership coaching, conflict resolution, group process facilitation, and organization communication processes
  • Demonstrated ability in written and oral communication, consultative and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrated proficiency of audio-visual equipment utilization
  • Demonstrated proficiency in developing and managing projects from beginning to end with measurable results and operational impact 
  • Proficient in MS Word, Power-Point, Excel and Access.
  • Experience with designing and/or coordinating classroom and e-learning training.
