Overview and Responsibilities

Operates entity based telecommunication systems effectively using excellent customer service skills. Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

 Experience Minimum Required: Entry level telecom Operator. *** Experience Preferred/Desired: Healthcare experience. *** Education Description: None *** Education Minimum Required: Skill in communicating clearly and effectively using standard English in written, oral and verbal format to achieve high productivity and efficiency. Skill to write legibly and record information accurately as necessary to perform job duties. ***    Training Desired/Preferred: None  Special Skills Minimum Required: Basic keyboarding and excellent customer service skills. *** Special Skills Desired/Preferred: Bilingual and proficient in current Microsoft computer products. Must possess excellent customer services skills.
