Overview and Responsibilities

Provide general clerical and office support requiring knowledge of office policies/procedures. Clerical duties may include but are not limited to document processing, record keeping, report compilation, file maintainance and other duties as assigned. Uses general office equipment to efficiently provide staff support. Performs other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • One year general office work experience required.
  • Skill in communicating clearly and effectively using standard English in written, oral and verbal format to achieve high productivity and efficiency.
  • Skill to write legibly and record information accurately as necessary to perform job duties.
