Overview and Responsibilities

Performs supervisory functions for area of responsibility by effective management of human and financial resources to achieve quality outcomes in line with financial goals of the institution. Performs other duties as assigned.  The position is under the direction of the Manager of the department. 


Supervises personnel by assessing, planning, implementing and directing workload of personnel to meet the needs of customers in order to increase the department’s contribution to overall facility goals.


Serves as a resource by communicating both verbally and in writing with the Manager, employees, and all other customers to resolve any questions/disputes concerning workload in specific area of responsibility.


Assesses staffing in specific area of responsibility by utilizing good hiring, training, counseling and evaluating techniques to ensure quality outcomes.


Minimum Qualifications

Education: High School diploma required/Bachelors degree preferred. Must be able to pass typing test with 35 wpm.



Experience: 3 to 5 years in job supervisory experience in a hospital or business office.  Computer literate to include working knowledge of Excel.




Licensure, Registration, Certification: ARDMS or CCI
